Andreas Candefors Stæhr - Inviteret foredragsholder
In the presentation, Andreas Candefors Stæhr will provide a brief historical overview of online language research, before elaborating on the notion of digitally
mediated interaction (DMI) as a concept and an object of contemporary sociolinguistic research. This will be followed by a description of a ‘multi-sited online and
offline ethnographic approach’ to the study of DMI; including what researcher practices, methods for data collection and ethical consideration this approach entails.
To provide an example of such an approach in practice, the presentation will end with a case-study
