Danish Language Course exams
The Danish Language Courses end with two examinations; a written part and an oral part. Both examinations must be passed in order to pass the course.
Assessment takes the form of the 7-point scale.
Pre-Semester Courses: The written exam will take place on Friday in the third week of the course. The oral exam will take place on either Monday or Tuesday in the following week so you have the weekend to prepare for it. Your teacher will inform you about the correct dates during the course.
Semester Courses: Exams will take place in mid-May or mid-December. Your teacher will inform you about the correct dates during the course.
When registering for the course you will also be registered for the exams. You cannot follow the course without taking the exams. The Danish Language Course coordinators will register you for the exams.
In case you do not pass one or both exams it is possible to do a re-examination (please read below under “Re-examinations”).
