The conference was held in lecture hall 22.0.11 at Campus South, University of Copenhagen (Njalsgade 120, 2300 København S, Danmark).

The presentations were streamed live on the internet where questions and comments to the lecturers could be written and subsequently seen on Twitter. Afterwards the lectures have been uploaded as podcasts that one may access by means of clicking the V next to the individual lectures in the programme below.

Running parallel to the conference, an exhibition on Dalecarlian, the dialect group to which Elfdalian belongs, was set up both days in the 22.0-area (the ground floor of building 22, close to the lecture hall). In the exhibition one could see how fiery souls carry out the work of preserving, strengthening and documenting the dialects, and one could meet and talk directly to speakers of Dalecarlian.
