Erik A. Nielsen is awarded Gad Rausing's prize

The Royal Swedish Academy of Letters, History and Antiquities has awarded professor emeritus Erik A. Nielsen the Gad Rausing's prize for his work on imagery in Scandinavian and Danish literature from the 17th and 18th century.  

The prize, 1 million Swedish kroner, will be handed over on March 21st, 2016.
