Tuula Eskeland has received badge of order of chivalry

Finland's president has awarded associate professor emerita Tuula Eskeland Finland's White Rose's Order of Chivalry. The order was bestowed in a ceremony at the Embassy of Finland in Denmark on 27 February 2015. In her speech ambassador Ann-Marie Nyroos emphasised Tuulas "meritorious and long standing efforts" of disseminating finish language and culture as motivation behind the bestowal.
