To celebrate Lotte Thissen’s thesis’ defense Talking in and out of place. Ethnographic reflections on language, place, and (un)belonging in Limburg, the Netherlands at Maastricht University, the chair Language culture in Limburg organizes a workshop. I was invited as a surprise for Lotte Thissen and gave the talk: Limburg and Southern Jutland -a perfect match for comparative studies of place-making processes and dialect enregisterment
