The roundtable discussion will focus on affect theory and politics within feminist studies. One of the landmark texts on this subject is Clare Hemming's article "Invoking affect" (2005) and along with Dorthe Staunæs, Maja Mons Bissenbakker Frederiksen and Mathias Danholt, Clare Hemmings will discuss some of the issues that her article raises.
