I øjeblikket er jeg Marie Skłodowska Curie-postdoktor ved Roots of Europe Centre. Mit nuværende projekt er PHILOGLOSSA: Pre-Hellenic Loanwords in Greek: Lexicon of the Substrate Analyzed (ERC Grant Agreement 101108732 https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/101108732)

Generelt fokuserer min hovedforskning på det græske sprogs historie fra proto-indoeuropæisk til de klassiske græske dialekter og teoretiske problemer i og praktiske anvendelser af fylogenetiske metoder i historisk lingvistik.

Mere bredt omfatter mine forskningsinteresser:

• Græsk filologi og lingvistik fra alle perioder
• Indoeuropæisk komparativ lingvistik og filologi (især af de hellenske, italisk, indo-iranske, anatoliske og armenske undergrene)
• Indoeuropæisk leksikografi og etymologi
• Sprog og samfund i middelhavsantikken
• Sprogkontakt og historisk sociolingvistik
